 50% down payment should be paid upon signing of contract and remaining balances, one week before the affair.

 Balance of 50% is payable two weeks prior to the event.

 Cancellation must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the event.

 50% of the total price will be deducted for cancellation made at least seven days prior to the event.

 Cancellation within less than seven days from the day of the event is a forfeit in the entire amount.
